What you will do

• Own the Pure Player P&L for LATAM Expansion markets, driving sustainable growth in POS and contribution margins.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Amazon Brazil and Mercado Libre LATAM leadership.
• Deploy the Global COE maturity model and high-impact initiatives to ensure execution excellence in pricing, media, and fulfillment.
• Lead and develop the LATAM Pure Player performance pod, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to align regional strategies with global priorities.
• Provide data-driven updates on performance, risks, and forecasting to senior executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in digital commerce, sales, or marketing.
• 4+ years of direct experience managing Amazon and Mercado Libre businesses, ideally in LATAM.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Deep understanding of retail platform algorithms, advertising, and commercial levers.
• Must be based in Miami, Florida.
