What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on HRIS and payroll system optimization.
• Configure, optimize, and support platforms such as Paycor, Workday, ADP, Paylocity, and UKG.
• Assist with new system implementations, upgrades, and transitions from legacy systems or PEOs.
• Validate payroll configurations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot payroll and system issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Deliver system training and documentation to ensure client self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (Paycor, Workday, ADP, Paylocity, UKG, Ceridian, or similar).
• Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, optimization, or transitions.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxes, and compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Client-facing or consulting experience.
