What you will do

• Serve as a client-facing practitioner, selling, leading, and implementing expert services.
• Work on projects to help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information.
• Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of Workday HR, Recruiting, and/or Talent Management modules.
• Effectively implement Workday functionality into client business environments.
• Facilitate design sessions to gather requirements and perform system configuration and unit testing.
• Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance information system management.
• Minimum 5 years in training, communications or change management role.
• Workday experience required.
• Strong Agile and traditional project skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
