What you will do

• Conduct functional analysis of legislative changes to determine business impacts on Oracle HCM Payroll systems.
• Design and develop business requirements, functional specifications, and comprehensive test plans.
• Run and troubleshoot complex payroll processes and manage year-end system updates.
• Liaise with Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document system configurations and delivery processes for mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Participate in collaborative Agile design processes using JIRA.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with Oracle HCM Payroll as a primary functional subject matter expert.
• Must be based in the United States with deep knowledge of US payroll regulations (W2, W4, PFML, SUI/SIT).
• Proven ability to manage multiple payroll tasks concurrently.
• Familiarity with XML reporting and EBS technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canadian Payroll.
• Knowledge of EBS Financials (1099 and Depreciation).
• Experience with Vertex and ADP software.
• Leadership experience in global EBS implementations.
