TL;DR

HR Implementation Manager (SaaS): Guiding clients through the onboarding process onto a human resource platform with an accent on project management, system configuration, and client communication. Focus on facilitating smooth transitions, maximizing platform value, and leveraging AI tools to enhance implementation planning and data analysis.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in the NYC office 2-3 days a week. Employment is restricted to residents of specific US states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the point of sale through to successful deployment.
  • Gather business requirements and assess how to best configure the platform for client needs.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and communicate status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.
  • Analyze operational data to scale internal workstreams and improve implementation efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the New York Metro Area and able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
  • Must reside in one of the authorized US states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and HR domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for planning, communication, and process improvement.
  • Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
