What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operational execution for the Sam’s Club account, ensuring plans are translated into accurate orders and deliveries.
- Own weekly and monthly forecasting, monitoring sell-through and inventory positions to proactively identify supply risks.
- Execute in-and-out items, promotions, and high-volume events, ensuring ROI and margin objectives are met.
- Track and validate financial metrics including sales, margins, gross-to-net, and cost-to-serve at the account level.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to align shipments and costs.
- Prepare factual updates and follow up relentlessly to resolve operational execution issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account or Sales Operations within electronics, white goods, or major appliances.
- Hands-on operational experience managing Sam’s Club Mexico.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, scenario analysis) for managing large datasets.
- English proficiency level B2 or higher (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of Sam's systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
