(part of R1) is building the first AI-native Healthcare Revenue Operating System to automate medical coding and billing for the largest US health systems.
What you will do
- Drive product strategy and execution for innovative healthcare revenue cycle solutions grounded in research and stakeholder insight.
- Lead project planning and create roadmaps that connect product vision to measurable progress.
- Translate AI/ML model outputs into clear product direction by identifying high-leverage data signals.
- Align stakeholders across business teams, engineering, and leadership by distilling complex concepts into business-focused language.
- Apply deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle regulations to guide compliant product development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in healthcare and/or SaaS.
- Strong technical fluency in SQL or Python.
- Deep experience with data platforms, AI/ML-driven systems, and LLMs.
- Understanding of ML modeling techniques including clustering, decision tree learning, and NLP.
- Expertise in healthcare revenue cycle operations, regulations, and workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience creating analytics tools and visualizing data using modern BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.).
