What you will do

• Define and execute the TikTok Shop growth strategy, targets, and roadmap for the Italian market.
• Manage the P&L for TikTok Shop Italy to deliver sales and profitability targets.
• Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive awareness and sales.
• Develop, launch, and optimize data-driven TikTok campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Strategically plan pricing, couponing, bundles, and seasonal activations.
• Collaborate with Category Marketing, D2C e-Commerce, and global TikTok teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
