What you will do

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies and manage social ambassador partnerships to maximize revenue.
• Oversee affiliate outreach, onboarding, and community engagement via Discord and messaging systems.
• Manage and optimize social commerce initiatives across TikTok and Meta to enhance conversion rates.
• Track and report key performance metrics including GMV, response rates, and program profitability.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Integrate AI technologies and proprietary tools to enhance business processes and performance.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management systems.
• Experience managing social ambassador programs and sub-affiliate networks.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions for multiple clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance-based influencer campaigns focused on ROI and conversions.
