What you will do

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies and manage social ambassador programs to maximize revenue.
• Oversee daily affiliate outreach and manage communication within discord communities.
• Manage and optimize social commerce initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Meta.
• Track key metrics including GMV and response rates, providing data-driven commission strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding campaign performance and optimization recommendations.
• Leverage AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica
• English: Advanced proficiency required
• 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of managing social commerce for multiple clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performance-based influencer management.
