What you will do

• Lead TikTok Shop sampling programs, including coordination, product distribution, and performance tracking.
• Execute daily and weekly CRM messaging strategies within the TikTok platform to boost engagement.
• Manage day-to-day moderation and communication across affiliate channels like Discord, Lark, and Email.
• Collect Spark codes from creators to facilitate content amplification for paid and organic teams.
• Create and distribute weekly affiliate briefs detailing promotions, product launches, and brand priorities.
• Provide logistical support for in-person affiliate events and brand activations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mar Vista, CA
• Proven experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, or community management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for creator outreach and internal briefing.
• Proficiency in managing community platforms such as Discord or Lark.
• Ability to travel occasionally for in-person brand events.
