What you will do

• Accelerate non-gaming TikTok and Instagram channels using a robust, "always-on" Creator-Generated Content (CGC) strategy.
• Monitor performance data weekly to translate metrics and social trends into actionable content adjustments.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to regional TikTok handles to ensure global brand cohesion.
• Architect, launch, and scale a brand-new global affiliate program from the ground up.
• Author and deploy execution guidelines and social commerce affiliate strategies for regional teams.
• Assume full financial ownership and accountability for the global affiliate P&L starting in Year 2.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in social media, algorithm shifts, and creator-generated content (CGC).
• Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset to scale revenue drivers.
• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
• Ability to guide, influence, and empower regional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders.
