What you will do

  • Develop and execute creator acquisition strategies to build a high-performing network for TikTok Shops.
  • Manage and scale relationships with TikTok Agency Partners (TAPs) and third-party creator agencies.
  • Negotiate and implement monthly retainers, hybrid commission models, and CPA arrangements for top talent.
  • Build and manage a structured creator pipeline from recruitment through onboarding to delivery.
  • Analyze individual creator performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to optimize ROI and eliminate underperformers.
  • Collaborate with growth and creative teams to integrate high-performing content into paid campaigns and whitelisting strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing with a strong focus on TikTok Shops or affiliate programs.
  • Proven track record of managing 50+ creators simultaneously, including contracts and creative briefings.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, algorithm dynamics, and eComm integrations.
  • Proficiency in TikTok Creator Center, Shop Ads Manager, and affiliate dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating ROI, CPA, and funnel metrics from influencer campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Experience building and scaling a TikTok Shops influencer program from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with creator management platforms such as Grin, Modash, or CreatorIQ.
  • Previous in-house experience at a brand using TikTok Shops as a primary revenue channel.
