What you will do

• Own the Bloomreach (Exponea) CDP strategy to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for loyalty, retention, and hyper-personalized campaigns.
• Lead the automation of cross-channel messaging, including email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site personalization.
• Oversee and mentor a CRM team of two, fostering a high-performing, data-driven culture.
• Define and analyze CRM performance metrics using SQL and Power BI to refine engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Digital teams to ensure a cohesive, customer-first approach.

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• Proven experience as a CRM Manager, ideally within fast-paced digital-first or e-commerce environments.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Bloomreach (Exponea) or similar platforms.
• Strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), segmentation, and data analysis.
• Experience delivering omni-channel CRM strategies and managing loyalty/retention programs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI to extract insights and inform decision-making.
