Location: Remote (Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland)
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a localized DACH marketing strategy to drive enterprise pipeline and regional sales priorities.
- Plan and manage regional demand generation campaigns across digital channels, events, and partner programs.
- Lead the regional event strategy, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and regional activations.
- Localize global messaging, campaigns, and content to ensure resonance with DACH IT buyers.
- Collaborate with local channel partners, distributors, and Microsoft field teams to support co-marketing.
- Track and report on regional performance metrics and manage the marketing budget.
Requirements
- Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland).
- Native or fluent German speaker; strong English communication skills.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on the DACH region.
- Proven experience running field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing programs.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing cloud, SaaS, or endpoint management solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AVD, or Windows 365 ecosystems.
- Experience working with MSPs or VARs in the DACH market.
- Prior experience in a high-growth, scaling technology company.
