What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Google and YouTube ads.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Power BI, and Looker Studio to drive data-informed decisions.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with media teams to develop compelling ad copy and ensure efficient budget allocation.
• Work closely with external online marketing and web development agencies.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing or Search Engine Advertising.
• Deep understanding of target audiences, marketing funnels, and data-driven strategies.
