What you will do
- Manage and optimize acquisition channels with a strong focus on commercial performance.
- Build in-house expertise in price comparison platforms and shopping channels (Google Shopping, feed-based marketing).
- Own performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin.
- Develop and scale affiliate and partner marketing as an acquisition channel.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve landing pages, tracking, feed quality, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably on German market (e-commerce, marketplace, retail media, or similar).
- Strong understanding of unit economics and acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, contribution margin).
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels like Google Shopping, price comparison platforms, and feed-based marketing.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with affiliate / partner marketing.
- Experience with landing page optimization, SEO, or acquisition content.
- Fluent German (strong plus)
