What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for the Atlassian-focused workflow tooling landscape.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and performant software components and workflows.
• Collaborate with business partners to enumerate, document, and implement workflow automation tasks.
• Identify and resolve technical debt within the platform to improve efficiency.
• Create meaningful and impactful customer journeys across associated call center systems.
• Address production issues affecting service, revenue, or fulfillment with high urgency.

Requirements

• Must have valid authorization to work in the US at the time of application (no sponsorship available).
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• 2+ years of specialized development experience with Atlassian products.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or SOAPUI.

• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
