What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable batch applications for high-volume financial transactions.
• Optimize legacy mainframe applications (COBOL, JCL, DB2) for performance and reliability.
• Develop and tune SQL/DB2 queries for large-scale data processing and reporting.
• Automate and re-engineer batch processes using ESP and Control-M.
• Implement secure data integration between mainframe and distributed systems via NDM and FTP.
• Lead SIT and coordinate UAT to validate application functionality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of post-baccalaureate experience.
• Proficiency in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Experience with source code management tools like Endevor and ChangeMan.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as ESP, CA-7, or Control-M.
• Expertise in DB2 analysis tools (SPUFI, QMF, DataGrip) and debugging tools (XPEDITER).
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
