What you will do

• Develop and execute digital trading plans and merchandising strategies for the D2C business.
• Manage inventory levels and forecast accuracy to ensure consistent product availability.
• Analyze and report on sales performance, gross margins, and forecast attainment.
• Optimize online content and sales metrics to increase profitability and average selling price.
• Lead cross-functional virtual teams to coordinate and implement effective trading events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a digital sales or commercial trading role.
• Strong understanding of the digital shopping funnel and key metrics: traffic, conversion, revenue, and gross margin.
• Practical experience using E-Commerce platforms to set up and manage promotions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for interpreting commercial sales data.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, or ContentSquare.
• Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
