TL;DR

Talent Acceleration Co-op (HR/L&D): Shaping learning, development, and culture initiatives across a global workforce with an accent on instructional design and workshop facilitation. Focus on designing inclusive onboarding, leadership development programs, and analyzing feedback to iterate on employee experiences.

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Needham, MA (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: $26 - $35 per hour

What you will do

  • Support the design and facilitation of onboarding, leadership development, and talent acceleration programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR and Performance Coaching teams to coordinate and deliver workshops and mindset labs.
  • Create inclusive learning content, toolkits, and resources using a design-driven approach.
  • Manage program calendars, participant communications, and feedback mechanisms to ensure engagement.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform the continuous improvement of culture initiatives.
  • Research and recommend innovative approaches to learning and employee development.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or graduated within the past year.
  • Ability to work full-time (40h/week) with at least 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
  • Experience facilitating discussion groups or presenting to medium to large audiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Canva or Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
