VP, Real Estate Partnerships (Proptech/Hospitality): Leading the sourcing and development of large-scale, third-party managed real estate opportunities across the West Coast with an accent on strategic partnerships with developers, institutional owners, and investment groups. Focus on expanding the portfolio of hospitality-driven residential and mixed-use assets and structuring complex partnership agreements.
Location: Remote (USA). Must be based out of one of our growing West Coast Markets (San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, Dallas, Houston) and in close proximity to a major airport.
Salary: OTE in the $300K range

What you will do
- Lead and execute the growth strategy by sourcing and securing large-scale partnerships with real estate developers and institutional owners.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from initial relationship development to structuring, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and lead high-performing sales and business development teams to generate a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and hospitality forums to strengthen brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, finance, and legal teams to evaluate opportunities and structure complex agreements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO regarding expansion priorities and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry.
- Must be based in a West Coast market (SF, LA, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, Dallas, or Houston).
- Deep network of relationships across hospitality brands, developers, and institutional investors.
- Proven ability to originate and close complex partnership agreements and management contracts.
- Ability to travel 40–60% based on business development needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
