Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to internal department leaders and external clients to map AI capabilities to business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training.
• Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI.
• Manage and lead a small team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in ML solutions development and production (4 years with a Master's degree).
• At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management leading teams of 4 or more engineers.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with GenAI services (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and prompt fine-tuning.
• Must be based in the United States.
