What you will do
- Deliver accurate and informative on-site tours, showcasing property features and benefits to prospective residents.
- Own the entire prospect lifecycle from initial communication and lead follow-up to lease signing.
- Manage resident retention efforts, including service initiatives and lease renewal negotiations.
- Handle all administrative leasing tasks, ensuring move-in/move-out files are accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with the on-site property team to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by adhering to property-specific policies and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving leasing or sales-related goals.
- Strong skills in presentation, term negotiation, and closing deals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a rotational schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Class-A residential buildings.
- Knowledge of leasing rules and FFH regulations.
- Previous experience with CRM tools and administrative leasing duties.
