Location: Minimum 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. No relocation or housing assistance provided.

Salary: $27 - $30 per hour

What you will do

• Drive global NPD forecasts by connecting supply plans, commercial strategies, and sales forecasts.
• Analyze and coordinate data to ensure flawless new product transitions.
• Communicate launch dates and strategies to key stakeholders to ensure forecast alignment.
• Support global NPD Sales Commits and Breakthrough target processes to validate the product roadmap.
• Develop and present monthly status reports on global NPD forecasts to management.
• Build high/medium/low scenarios by country to help size and guide the innovation pipeline.

Requirements

• Current bachelor's student (3rd year+) or recent graduate (within the past year).
• Must be able to work onsite in Needham, MA at least 3 days per week.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to build models and distill complex data.
• Solid understanding of retail fundamentals, including incrementality, cannibalization, and market share.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while staying detail-oriented and outcome-focused.
• Strong communication skills for delivering effective presentations to all levels of management.
