Sr. Strategy Analyst (Business)

What you will do

• Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans, including five-year integrated resource and operational plans.
• Create strategic presentations and executive summaries for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Analyze financial and operational impacts of internal proposals and external regulatory or legislative changes.
• Build detailed financial models to support the long-term planning process and business cases for major investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and recommend solutions for current strategic or operational issues.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify defects and enhance business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of job-relevant experience in strategy, engineering, finance, or business.
• Must be worked on a W2 basis only (No C2C or 1099 eligibility).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate and justify recommendations to individuals at all corporate levels.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in engineering, sustainability, finance, business, or a related field.
