What you will do

• Generate and improve the workflow of distribution tools and systems, including CRM integrations and internal reporting platforms.
• Analyze distribution models and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance market reach and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage real-time reporting dashboards to track key distribution KPIs.
• Create incentive analysis models for sales compensation and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Perform root cause analysis on financial variances to provide course-correction insights to leadership.
• Transform complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Distribution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Proven ability to use data analysis to identify business problems and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Garden Grove, California.
