Location: Hybrid; must be based in the San Diego or San Francisco Office (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Salary: $24–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Perform sensitivity analysis on key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal sales and digital product teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in managing Customer Management, Origination, Billing, and Utility coordination workflows.
• Execute an individual project and present the final results to company leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a first-year graduate student in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Excel, modeling, and data manipulation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided (H-1B, TN, E-3, J-1, OPT, or CPT).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in renewable energy.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Finance, or Sales.
• Exposure to advanced analytics reporting tools like Power BI.
