Salary: $90 – $100 per hour

What you will do

• Own strategic initiatives across pre or post purchase operations to improve user experience and operational performance.
• Analyze operational and commerce data to surface insights and identify opportunities for scalability.
• Develop structured recommendations based on user behavior and performance metrics.
• Design and refine processes and tools that enable scalable marketplace operations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive business decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior Commerce & Operations leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with exposure to operations, strategy, or analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to evaluate and incorporate AI-enabled solutions into strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Available for a Summer 2026 internship.
• Must be within commuting distance of the San Francisco hub.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL or analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
• Interest in Trust & Risk workflows or post-purchase operations.
