What you will do
- Define and deliver a data-led sales strategy aligned with regional and global growth ambitions.
- Build and lead high-performing B2B sales teams across Germany and EMEA.
- Manage and grow senior relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Establish best-in-class sales analytics, forecasting, and performance frameworks.
- Lead market segmentation, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Drive alignment with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Significant executive-level leadership experience in strategic sales and analytics.
- Proven track record of building and scaling data-led sales organizations across Germany or EMEA.
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English; German and additional European languages are advantageous.
