What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, profit, and customer acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
• Mentor junior sales team members and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consumer goods or consumer electronics.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing key accounts.
• Expertise in handling complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
• Strategic thinking ability to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term success.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
