What you will do

• Lead all property operations, including Front of House, Back of House, and administrative functions.
• Drive financial success and NOI through budget ownership and the implementation of budgetary initiatives.
• Motivate, develop, and hold the property team accountable to maintain world-class service standards.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and non-property teams to refine and execute operational processes.
• Manage hiring, retention, and talent development in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment by adhering to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• 1+ years of experience in successful multi-department leadership.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Open availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven track record of driving operational and financial success (NOI).
