What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting and target identification to closing and deployment.
- Manage and respond to complex RfPs (calls for tenders) and deliver high-impact oral presentations.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure high member and admin satisfaction post-win.
- Contribute to the sales playbook and standardize the RfP response process to increase efficiency.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to refine public sector strategy.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene to track activities and performance for the public segment.
Requirements
- Full working proficiency in Dutch (C2+) and advanced level in English.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Belgium.
- Prior experience leading change management initiatives and shifting mindsets (e.g., from paper-based to digital).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust within relationship-driven public sectors.
- Willingness to conduct frequent face-to-face onsite interactions with institutions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Full working proficiency in French.
- Prior experience with RfPs and complex procurement processes.
- Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
