What you will do

• Execute territory strategy to drive sales volume for hirify.global and Dunlop brands.
• Build and maintain long-term trust with dealers, providing necessary training and tools.
• Identify and acquire new indirect fleet customers via cost-per-km demonstrations.
• Support Key Account Managers in managing large national fleets.
• Collaborate with the Network & Service team to optimize service provider quality.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity using CRM and digital tools like TireOptix.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales or territory management experience, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
• Ability to balance account management with a proactive "hunting" mentality.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated approach to remote and field-based work.
