Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Operations Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure high forecast accuracy and attainment for revenue and POS to meet organizational and retail partner commitments.
  • Predict and prevent stock risks associated with long lead times and tentpole events.
  • Collaborate with Global Demand Planning to optimize allocation and reduce potential stock outs across EMEA.
  • Serve as the Oracle ERP business lead to drive system enhancements, efficiency, and standardization.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to maximize market penetration and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in retail with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting KPIs.
  • Prior experience working on both the retailer and vendor side of the business, specifically in sales and demand planning.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to develop a diverse team.
  • High level of proficiency in forecasting tools (experience with SFO preferred).
