What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents throughout their stay.
• Manage guest communications via text, email, HubSpot, and AirBnB.
• Handle check-in processes and payment collection following established protocols.
• Collaborate with property team members to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Execute thorough shift handovers and coordinate with off-site cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, or food & beverage).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Ability to learn and utilize POS, CRM, or customer communication systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work a rotational schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
