What you will do

  • Own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven code generation to accelerate legacy modernization.
  • Collaborate with forward-deployed engineering teams and technical partners to solve real-world challenges.
  • Translate evolving foundation model capabilities into reliable, enterprise-grade developer experiences.
  • Define quality, reliability, and evaluation standards for AI-generated code.
  • Measure impact via adoption, code quality, and modernization velocity to guide product decisions.
  • Represent the product to executive stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in product management and engineering in highly technical environments.
  • Proven track record of launching successful, highly technical products, preferably in developer tools.
  • Hands-on experience with the latest AI coding tools and foundation model capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
