What you will do

• Own the full-cycle CPU program management, covering everything from initial specification to tapeout and post-silicon debug.
• Define scope, schedules, and resource allocation while leading execution across architecture, design, verification, and DFT teams.
• Drive the delivery of cutting-edge RISC-V CPU IP for both internal use and external customers.
• Manage project risks, resolve real-time design challenges, and drive critical schedule trade-offs.
• Lead project reviews and report performance metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership experience in CPU, SoC, or silicon development.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-performance hardware programs.
• Experience driving silicon development, managing risk, and delivering strict milestones.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR regulations is mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both engineering teams and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Functional Safety (FuSa) standards, specifically ISO 26262.
• Understanding of automotive industry requirements and standards for hardware development.
