What you will do

• Facilitate onboarding and deliver comprehensive training on prior authorization systems and procedures.
• Develop and update training materials, resources, and job aids to ensure clinical relevance.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions and participant attendance for auditing purposes.
• Assess technician performance through evaluations and quizzes to provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Process prior authorization requests and conduct outbound calls to providers for clinical information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting.
• National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license is required.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering professional training programs.
• Strong understanding of prior authorization operations and Federal/State regulations.
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High-speed wired internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber; wi-fi is not allowed).
