What you will do

• Act as the business manager for Walmart, owning the overall sales strategy and financial outcomes.
• Develop and execute a strategic account management operation plan to drive revenue and net margin growth.
• Create and manage annual promotional plans for new and existing products within ROI goals.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimize the flow of goods and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Analysts.
• Present product strategies and outcomes during customer meetings with Walmart merchants.

Requirements

• 10+ years of national account sales management experience.
• Mandatory experience working directly with Walmart.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and create executive-level reports.
• Ability to travel 4-6 times per year to Boston/Needham and other trade show locations.
