What you will do

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across UK central government departments, agencies, and public bodies.
• Ensure delivery excellence by collaborating with teams to meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and public sector policies.
• Identify and validate growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new departments.
• Manage account-level commercials, budgets, and margins while ensuring compliance with public sector procurement rules.
• Develop strategic proposals leveraging frameworks such as G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS), and other CCS agreements.
• Champion social value initiatives to ensure project delivery contributes positively to community priorities.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in a client-facing digital consultancy or agency, specifically focusing on UK public sector or central government clients.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver digital platforms and products for public sector organizations.
• Deep understanding of UK public sector procurement and frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS).
• Eligibility for or previously held Security Clearance is highly advantageous.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bristol.
