What you will do

• Scale partnerships with banks, cash networks, wallet providers, and payment facilitators in Greater China and North Asia
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Drive revenue growth through strategic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with product, sales, compliance, and operations teams to enhance service offerings
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer requests and partner health using KPIs and CRM tools
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and contractual health

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5+ years of B2B partnership or account management experience with financial institutions or SaaS in Greater China & North Asia
• Proven track record of growing revenue share
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across compliance, legal, and treasury
• Proficiency in English
