Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in Paris, France

What you will do

• Manage and strategically grow a portfolio of Pure Player eCommerce accounts (e.g., Cdiscount, MaxiCoffee).
• Identify and onboard new Pure Player partners to expand the online footprint.
• Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, and co-marketing plans to support long-term growth.
• Drive digital excellence by optimizing product content, SEO, A+ pages, and onsite merchandising.
• Analyze weekly eKPIs (conversion rate, traffic, inventory health) to derive data-driven action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to secure growth resources.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or Business Development.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret eRetail data and KPIs.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Pure Players or Marketplaces is strongly appreciated.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in Consumer Electronics, SDA, FMCG, or Tech industries.
• Background in hypergrowth environments or scaling business portfolios.
