What you will do

  • Lead complex projects, managing communications, scope, schedules, and risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, setting project direction.
  • Plan and drive technical teams to deliver measurable results.
  • Develop client relationships to grow account presence and deliver added value.
  • Contribute to firm growth through recruiting, mentoring, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • 5+ years in a project manager role.
  • 6+ years experience with a premier consulting firm.
  • Experience managing fast-paced, complex projects and blended resource teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology (sprints, backlog prioritization, scrum).
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, or Ventura counties

Nice to have

  • Experience with data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, or e-Commerce implementation.
  • Background in process optimization projects.
  • Experience in organizational change management or user adoption.
