Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead complex technical implementation projects, managing scope, schedules, risks, and resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to drive account growth.
  • Organize and track technical teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Contribute to firm growth through practice development, recruiting, and internal initiatives.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and scrum teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Southern California for hybrid client engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience in a project manager role.
  • 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with a premier consulting firm.
  • Proven track record in technology implementation (data, ERP, CRM, Cloud, or e-Commerce).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and organizational change management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in process optimization projects.
