Salary: $110,000–$140,000 OTE

What you will do

• Design, build, and implement interactive experiences using hirify.global to enhance end-user onboarding and drive business impact.
• Consult with customers to understand business objectives and provide expert advice on hirify.global solutions that improve user experiences.
• Lead end-to-end hirify.global projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on hirify.global best practices and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and continuously learn about digital adoption technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
• 3+ years of SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate hirify.global elements into web applications.
• Strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through hirify.global.
• Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to coordinate tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with the hirify.global platform or other similar user guidance and onboarding tools.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
