TL;DR

Seller Mass-Account Manager Apprentice (Ecommerce): Managing a large portfolio of refurbishers to drive sales and quality performance with an accent on data-driven decision making and strategic account management. Focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights and leading cross-functional projects to optimize the vendor ecosystem.

Location: Paris, France. Must be enrolled in a Work-study program (contrat d’alternance/ d’apprentissage) in a French school.

What you will do

  • Manage a large portfolio of refurbishers to drive global sales and quality performance through strategic account management.
  • Analyze complex databases and identify KPI trends to provide actionable business insights.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects to develop and implement tailored solutions for the vendor ecosystem.
  • Contribute to high-stakes transversal projects including Black Friday campaigns and market diversification.

Requirements

  • French and English fluency (C1 minimum).
  • Must be enrolled in a Work-study program in a French school.
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation).
  • Business-savvy mindset, ideally with previous commercial experience in e-commerce.
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and a proactive mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
