TL;DR

Associate Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth and managing the full sales cycle for SMB sellers within the hirify.global Connect platform with an accent on the Netherlands and Nordic markets. Focus on building sales pipelines, negotiating deals, and delivering value-based solutions to facilitate multi-channel expansion for retailers and brands.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Paris, France (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth by prospecting and engaging SMB sellers and brands, primarily in the Netherlands and Nordics.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and pipeline management to final deal closure.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating the value of the hirify.global Connect Channel Management solution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, product, and customer success teams to accelerate client time-to-value.
  • Provide market intelligence by tracking industry trends and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role within the SMB segment.
  • Bilingual English (C2 level required).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Dutch, Swedish, or Danish.
