Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Must be based in Paris, France, with the ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance targets like upsell or retention.
- Proven ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills.
