What you will do
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Costco account and internal cross-functional teams.
- Own long-range forecasting (12–18 months), sales flow, and inventory planning to mitigate risks during high-velocity events.
- Manage multiple forecasting systems and maintain data governance for new and existing SKUs.
- Collaborate with analytics and strategic sales teams to track promotional performance and develop shipment strategies.
- Optimize trade-spend and align promotional investments with EBITDA objectives.
- Lead weekly customer meetings and deliver data-driven financial updates and structured business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or business analytics within the consumer products industry.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear decision-making frameworks.
- Prior operational or sales experience with large-format retailers, specifically Costco or Sam’s Club.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for corporate events and visits to HQ in Needham, MA.
