Location: Remote (USA). Regular domestic travel to client sites (up to once per month) is required.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deployment model, including reference architectures, installation workflows, and environment support across customer sites.
• Enable Delivery teams and SI partners to use the platform effectively by defining clear infrastructure ownership boundaries.
• Partner with the Platform team to influence roadmap and architecture based on real-world deployment complexity.
• Define infrastructure scope and readiness criteria during pre-sales to reduce downstream delivery risk.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing infrastructure engineering team through a culture of ownership.
• Establish repeatable processes, playbooks, and metrics to move infrastructure delivery from heroics to a scalable operating model.

Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in complex, regulated, or multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Proven ability to build scalable delivery and support models, such as playbooks and reference architectures.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or technical scoping activities.
• Track record of building and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Must be based in the USA to support domestic travel requirements.
